Policy create, edit, archive, and activate actions are blocked until the connected wallet is on Base and signs the operator challenge. Evaluation runs stay available for demo accessibility and automatically attach operator metadata when a signed session exists.

Venice reasoning lane

Optional env

Live Venice reasoning uses VENICE_API_KEY and defaults to qwen3-5-9b unless VENICE_MODEL is overridden. Without credentials, the MVP uses deterministic fallback wording.

ERC-8004 receipt mode

Hosted demo

The build publishes /.well-known/agent.json and hosted JSON receipt/log endpoints, but the artifacts are still unsigned demo surfaces.

Base service layer

Discovery live

The service exposes Base-aware discovery at /api/x402/discovery, /.well-known/x402, and /api/evaluate/service. It defaults to open-demo mode unless x402 payment negotiation is explicitly enabled by env.
